Tuna Melt a la Odette.

Today I had a ginormous lunch, so I wasn’t so hungry at dinner time. Winston and I took a walk around the neighborhood and nothing really sounded appetizing. What to do?!?!?! I searched the inner most depths of my refrigerator and found tuna. So I decided to make a tuna melt. For one thing, I decided to make mine a little fancy and add avocados and tomatoes. I also melted colby jack cheese and pepper jack cheese on each slice to bread. Oh it was tasty. I really enjoyed the mixture of hot melted cheese and cool tuna salad. It was a prefect balance. I think it was the avocados that added the extra something.
